  • JS90FOODS reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inaccurate delivery details. Full refunds will be issued only if an order is canceled by JS90FOODS prior to dispatch.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made online at the time of placing the order via available payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided during checkout.

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and logistics partners.

5. No Returns, No Refunds & No Replacements

  • All sales are final.

  • JS90FOODS strictly follows a No Return, No Refund, and No Replacement policy.

  • Once an order is delivered, no requests for returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.
